Traverse City Horse Shows Charity Ticket Program
Witness World-Class Horse Jumping & Support the Elk Rapids Library!
Traverse City Horse Shows have a long history of supporting the community, and on June 22 ALL PROCEEDS from the $15 admission price will go to the Friends to help support the Elk Rapids District Library's new building campaign!
The show starts at 2 p.m., and tickets are $15 per person (buy online now or at the gate). We'll be there early selling tickets, sharing information, and hosting a special craft for the day.

Giving Tuesday
As Giving Tuesday approaches, the Friends of the Elk Rapids District Library would like you to consider adding a donation to the Friends to your year-end giving plans.

Join the Friends for a night out to enjoy the autumn air, a taste of northern Michigan, and -- as always -- to support the Elk Rapids District Library!
$25 per person, includes light appetizers.
All funds raised support the library.

Wednesday, Oct 18 at Townline Ciderworks, 5-7 p.m.
Join the Friends as we kick off our fundraising efforts for “1000 Books Before Kindergarten,” a program designed to promote reading to newborns, infants, and toddlers while encouraging parents and children to bond through reading. To do that in Elk Rapids, the library needs more books for those age groups.
All proceeds raised from Fall, Flannel & Friends will go toward “1000 Books Before Kindergarten.”
Put on your favorite flannel and we’ll see you there!
